Votre environnement:
Dans le cadre de sa Renaulution, Renault Group a lancé THE FUTURE IS NEUTRAL en octobre 2022 avec l'ambition de devenir l’entreprise d'économie circulaire à 360° du monde automobile leader en Europe.

NEUTRAL génère déjà plus de 800 M€ de volume d'affaires grâce à sa couverture de l'ensemble de la chaîne de valeur automobile et notamment:
- La phase de production des véhicules en accompagnant les constructeurs automobiles et leurs fournisseurs dans l’incorporation de matériaux recyclés.- La phase d’utilisation des véhicules en distribuant des pièces issues de l'économie circulaire (reconditionnées, remanufacturées et réutilisées)- La fin de vie des véhicules en proposant des solutions responsables de démontage et de recyclage des véhicules en fin de vie

NEUTRAL agit en tant que société holding active, soutenue par les 5 sociétés opérationnelles (OpCos) de son portefeuille:
- Gaia : Pionnier de la boucle courte matière « from car to car » appliquée automobile, notamment sur le platinoïde, les plastiques et le cuivre- BCM : Leader mondial du recyclage des déchets de production métallique- Indra : Leader reconnu du démantèlement de véhicules avec près de 350k véhicules en fin de vie démontés chaque année- The Remakers : Leader dans le reconditionnement et le remanufacturing de pièces automobiles- Battery Recycling : Futur leader européen du recyclage des batteries de véhicules électriques en boucle courte

NEUTRAL a un plan de développement ambitieux soutenu par une politique de M&A active et une enveloppe d’investissement de 500m€ d’ici 2030. Dans ce cadre NEUTRAL est en passe d’ouvrir son capital pour accélérer l'exécution de son plan de croissance. Celui-ci comprend par exemple:
- Une intégration plus large de la chaine de valeur du démantèlement et du recyclage,- La création de valeur par la digitalisation des différentes activités,- Un volet d’’expansion géographique en Europe,- Le lancement de nouvelles activités d’économie circulaire comme le recyclage de batteries

NEUTRAL recherche donc un(e) Strategy & Innovation Project Manager pour travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Head of Strategy & Planning et le Chief Technology Officer de NEUTRAL.

Vos responsabilités:
La mission du Strategy & Innovation Project Manager (H/F) sera d'accompagner le top management de NEUTRAL dans la prise de décisions stratégiques, de suivre l'exécution du plan à moyen terme et de maximiser les synergies entre les OpCos. Il est également chargé d'identifier les futurs leviers de croissance et de création de valeur, ainsi que les orientations stratégiques à long terme des OpCos.

Les thématiques abordées incluent tous les aspects de l’économie circulaire appliquée à l’industrie automobile. Les sujets d’intérêt pour les prochains mois sont les suivants (à titre indicatif):
- Le recyclage des matières (et notamment du plastique et du cuivre)- La collecte des batteries de véhicule électriques en fin de vie- La construction d’une feuille de route digitale (y compris l'utilisation de (gen)AI)- Le pilotage de l’intégration de différentes entités à la suite de leur acquisition

Vous serez notamment chargé(e) des missions suivantes (liste non exhaustive) : Etude/ modélisation de marché sur 10 ans) et construction de business plan moyen/long terme, analyse du positionnement concurrentiel, diagnostics stratégiques et/ou opérationnels

Cela inclut notamment la préparation de présentations pour le comité de direction, ses OpCos et les actionnaires.

Votre profil:
Vous avez démontré de solides capacités de résolution de problèmes "business" au sein d'un cabinet de conseil de renom (ex: BCG, McKinsey, Bain ). Vous êtes structuré dans vos approches, vous imposez les plus hauts standards de qualité et de créativité dans la génération d'insights stratégiques, et êtes bon communicant par écrit et oralement. Fin(e) dans vos approches, vos interlocuteurs vous apprécient pour vos qualités humaines autant que pour votre professionnalisme irréprochable.

Vous avez une curiosité et un goût prononcés pour les enjeux stratégiques, industriels et économiques, et notamment l’économie circulaire.

Vous êtes à l'aise avec les méthodes d'analyse de type "hypothesis-driven", avez des ressources variées et éprouvées pour accéder à des informations de marché, de veille concurrentielle, et déployez l'énergie et l'efficacité pour travailler vite.

Vous êtes à l'aise dans un environnement international et multiculturel.

Vous êtes très précis et rigoureux, vous savez vous organiser de façon autonome, vous êtes force de proposition auprès de votre hiérarchie.
