Advanced Supplier Quality Apprentice M/F
Forvia: Technology leader in the automotive industry

Composed of 6 business groups with 24 product lines, and a strong IP portfolio of over 14, patents, FORVIA is focused on becoming the preferred innovation and integration partner for OEMS worldwide.
Our activity is looking for an Advanced Supplier Quality Apprentice for its R&D Center based in Bavans (30 min from Belfort; 15 min from Monbéliard; near Switzerland). The Center R&D from Bavans, with close to collaborators, develop innovative solutions for sustainable and clean mobility. It is Forvia's global center of expertise on hydrogen storage systems.
Contract duration 2 or 3 years, from September .
What makes the position interesting ?
As an Advanced Supplier Quality Apprentice, you will be part of the Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) department. You will work with a team of ASQ Engineers to follow the development of components through the APQP process. You will have several contacts with Purchasing, Programs and suppliers.
This experience will allow you to join the Forvia Group and potentially continue with a VIE position in Europe, America, Africa or Asia, where more than young talents can acquire and international immersive experience.
You will be working on challenges that matter
Your missions:
Get train to APQP :To know the different processes and items of the APQP.To learn how to validate a PPAP. APQP follow-up of the non-critical components:Conduct supplier meetings (weekly/monthly).Ensure the quality of supplier’s deliverables (documents/parts).Ensure “on time delivery” in line with program milestones. Continuous improvement of APQP :Improve APQP supports.Improve standard documents in line with quality lessons learned. Continuous improvement of the ASQ service :Specific tasks to improve the organization could be given by ASQ Manager

Master diploma in Quality / Mechanics / Material / Stamping Intermediate level in English (TOEIC B2) Dynamic, fun and with a good team spirit. Pragmatic approach, curious, force of proposal. Open-minded to different approach and culture. Good communication, listening and analysis skills.
