Descriptif du rôle
L’alternant en Transformation digitale est membre du département Group Digital, fonction transverse œuvrant pour l’ensemble des divisions métier de Rothschild & Co. L’équipe est en charge de la définition de l’offre de solutions digitales ainsi que des actions visant à soutenir la transformation digitale au sein du Groupe.
En étroite collaboration avec la Digital Transformation manager, l’alternant aura pour rôle de gérer et renforcer l’impact des activités et initiatives digitales. Il participera notamment à la définition et au déploiement de stratégies et actions telles que la création de contenu et organisation d’évènements de communication, de programmes de formation, de sessions d’acculturation au digital, d’animation de réseaux d’ambassadeurs digitaux internes ou d’autres initiatives visant à développer l’engagement et l’adoption des produits digitaux en interne.
Le poste est basé à Paris et requiert une collaboration fréquente avec une grande diversité de collaborateurs, que ce soit au sein de notre équipe ou avec différents départements du Groupe.
Missions de l’alternant(e)
Produire du contenu en vue de générer du trafic sur notre rubrique intranet dédiée (articles, gamification, actualités... etc.)
Contribuer aux actions de conduite du changement liées à nos solutions digitales (tutoriels, sessions de formation, vidéos de promotion, sondages...etc.)
Développer de nouvelles façons de communiquer et d'engager les parties prenantes et utilisateurs
Contribuer à l'animation et au développement de nos réseaux d'ambassadeurs digitaux
Aider à l'organisation d'événements internes pour promouvoir des sujets digitaux d’actualité
Planifier et organiser la participation à des événements dédiés au Digital et à la Tech
Formation et expérience
M1 ou M2 en Transformation digitale, Conduite du changement ou autres domaines liés au management
Un double diplôme est un plus
Une première expérience en transformation digitale, conduite du changement, gestion de projet ou marketing
Compétences et qualités attendues
Vif intérêt pour l'innovation digitale et les nouvelles technologies
Proactivité, recherche d’une amélioration continue, rigueur
Capacité à évoluer au sein d'une équipe internationale dont les membres sont issus de différents bureaux
Sens de la créativité
Appétence pour la création de contenu avec de solides compétences en rédaction et communication
Excellentes compétences orales et rédactionnelles en anglais et en français
