Votre opportunité
Au sein de l’équipe E-Business projects & opérations de la direction eBusiness, vous participez à la préparation de la migration Headless du site internet et supporterez les équipes dans la maintenance du site de production.
Votre contribution
Migration Headless :
Contribuer des éléments (pages, textes, assets) dans le back office pour préparer le lancement / replateforming du site internet. Mettre à jour les données produit dans le PIM afin d’améliorer le parcours client. Contribuer au supports des tests (UATs) des nouvelles fonctionnalités avant déploiement sur l’environnement de production.Support quotidien :
Vérifier que les modifications et évolutions effectuées par les développeurs n'ont pas entrainé d'effet de bord sur le site (tests de non-regression). Suivre les traductions avec les régions et l’agence de traduction, et mettre à jour balenciaga.com. Effectuer un suivi des incidents (remonter les bugs et suivre leur résolution). Effectuer les benchmarks des sites e-commerce.Vous êtes
De formation universitaire ou école de commerce Organisé Rigoureux Doté de bonnes capacités de coordination et d’adaptation Doté d’une appétence pour l’UX et une bonne connaissance de l’industrie du luxe A l’aise pour vous exprimer quotidiennement en anglais dans un environnement international Vous maitrisez des outils comme Excel, PowerPoint. La connaissance d’outils comme Contentful, Algolia, Salesforce commerce cloud, PIM (Akeneo), sont un vrai plus.Pourquoi nous rejoindre
