Our opportunity is based at the production site in Chartres.
Our department
In the current context of site expansion, new production buildings (Site Expansion) will be installed to meet future market demand.
Your role :
Your primary mission will be to support the Project Manager IT & Automation in decision-making and technical choices. You will also be responsible for preparing the master schedule for Manufacturing IT systems deployment in our site expansion project, collaborating with the Project Management Office and corporate departements.
In addition, you will:
Ensure the Manufacturing IT systems are deployed according to Novo Nordisk Standard applications (ERP SAP S/4, MES Next Gen PAS-X, LIMS, Manufacturing Intelligence) Have a strategic vision and engage in discussions with peers regarding new technologies (Digital Use cases). Provide effective reporting to the Project Manager (budget, roadblocks, milestones). Clearly define your team's objectives and ensure efficient use of time and resources while maintaining team motivation. Manage a team of five IT engineers and few externalsReview technical documentation related to IT solutions (functional specifications, design specifications, etc.). Approve protocols, test plans, and qualification/validation reports
Required Qualifications :
You have a Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) or equivalent in Computer engineering and at least 5 years of professional experience in IT projects in a pharmaceutical environment. You are a leader with 3 to 5 years of experience in this position. You can organize work in a cross-functional group. You demonstrate rigor and autonomy, with strong analytical and synthesis skills. You have a natural curiosity for new technologies. You have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the corresponding supply chain challenges You can speak fluently english.-
