Pour le Bachelor CDC : 3 jours en entreprise et 2 jours en cours. Pour le MBA MDCE : 1 semaine à l'école et 3 semaines en entreprise.

Notre partenaire est une startup localisée à Marq en Baroeul, Haut-de-France (59).
L’équipe commerciale étant au cœur de la stratégie de développement, cette dernière
recherche : deux alternants Sales development representative garant de la qualification et de 
l’identification de nouveaux leads 

Missions

 Créer des listes de prospects au sein d’entreprises prédéfinies.  Mettre en place des stratégies de prospection (Call, Email, Linkedin,…).  Effectuer les premières prises de contact avec des fonctions RH clés (DRH, 
 Responsable Recrutement, Responsable Développement RH…) : identifier les 
 opportunités, analyser les besoins et la stratégie RH de tes prospects. Décrochez des rendez-vous de démos pour votre binôme Account Executive. Evangéliser et promouvoir Keycoopt System auprès des parties prenantes RH en 
entreprise  Assurer le reporting de vos activités et de vos prévisions de vente dans le CRM Zoho.

Profil recherché

Vous suivez actuellement une formation commerciale ou marketing (Bac +3 ou Bac +5). Vous êtes smart et capable d’échanger avec des clients grands groupes et des interlocuteurs de 
haut niveau. Vous avez une appétence pour le Growth hacking, tant mieux, nous cherchons à dynamiser notre 
stratégie commerciale Vous êtes enthousiaste : avoir envie et conscience de participer à une aventure 
littéralement (et en toute objectivité ) passionnante et véritablement innovante, dans 
laquelle toute l’équipe s’investit à fond. Vous avez l’âme d’un(e) chasseur(se) et négociateur(trice), tu as une appétence 
commerciale indéniable, tu n’as pas peur de décrocher ton téléphone, tu as une 
bonne compréhension des problématiques digitales, tu sais détecter des opportunités
et les mener à leurs termes. Vous êtes dynamique, persévérant(e), pugnace et doté(e) d’un fort esprit d’analyse et une 
capacité de synthèse, tu es motivé(e) par les challenges et très orienté(e) résultats. Vous gardez constamment un œil sur l’objectif, le résultat, et as envie de tout mettre en 
œuvre pour l’atteindre. Vous avez des idées, tu n’as pas peur de les exposer, de les défendre, de les tester. Vous avez envie de vous investir dans un projet qui révolutionne les règles du recrutement. Vous avez une appétence forte pour le digital.
