The position
As a Project Supply Chain Manager, your responsibilities will be divided into 4 pillars: Manage Supply chain Process needs: Define and manage supply demand in collaboration with HQ organization as well as site organization for new project capacity installed; Ensure IT systems update with new capacity and product related to the new capacity; Coordinate within supply chain process implementation of new storage capacity and material flow. Sourcing Strategy: Define, plan, and execute plan for new raw material and production consumables needed for new capacity within the local programme; Develop new agreement in collaboration with site procurement department; Set up new items in systems and run supply process. New product strategy: Coordinate supply chain activities to ensure reliable product transfer plan. Daily Department Management: Ensure the high performance of the team, aligning with the overall mission and strategies of the expansion project department and Novo Nordisk; Manage hiring, coaching, performance evaluations, and development of direct reports within the team. Qualifications : You have a Bac (Master or Engineer). You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the supply chain on a production site in the project and international environment. You have at least 2 years of experience in direct management. You have a fluent level of English and French. You are an effective and experienced communicator. You have proven leadership results, and you are an experienced manager. You have a capability to develop and lead high-performing teams, motivating skilled professionals. You have a strong, endurant, and flexible mindset. You are sociable with a positive approach, creating strong stakeholder relations.
