Wat houdt deze job in?

  • Voorbereiden van het project: Zorg dragen voor een solide basis door alle benodigde middelen en informatie te verzamelen.
  • Analyseren van het project: Samenwerken met Project Engineers om het project grondig door te lichten.
  • Samenwerken met het projectteam: Nauw samenwerken met teamleden om de projectdoelen te bereiken.
  • Opstellen van de planning, risicoanalyse en budgetplanning: Creëren van een gedetailleerde tijdlijn, het identificeren van mogelijke risico's, en vaststellen van het budget.
  • Opvolgen en controleren van de voortgang: Continu monitoren van het project om ervoor te zorgen dat alles op schema ligt.
  • Beheren van projectplanning en materialen: Efficiënt toewijzen van tijd en middelen.
  • Bijwonen van werfvergaderingen en opstellen van vorderingsstaten: Regelmatig overleggen op de werklocatie en documenteren van de voortgang.
  • Proactief denken en handelen: Vooruitdenken en anticiperen op mogelijke problemen.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontrole: Toezien op de kwaliteit van het werk en ervoor zorgen dat aan alle normen wordt voldaan.
  • Onderneem acties bij afwijkingen: Snel en effectief reageren op afwijkingen van de planning of specificaties.
  • Uitvoeren van nacalculaties: Evalueren van het project na voltooiing om de kosten en prestaties te analyseren.
  • Leiden, motiveren en effectief communiceren met alle betrokken partijen: Het team inspireren en zorgen voor duidelijke en open communicatie.
  • Bevorderen van samenhang en overleg met de Project Management Officer en voormannen op de werf: Stimuleren van samenwerking en overleg tussen alle projectleden.
  • Instaan voor de controle en de kwaliteit: Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het waarborgen van de controleprocedures en de uiteindelijke kwaliteit van het project.

  • Master- of bachelordiploma in een relevante richting: Bijvoorbeeld techniek, bouwkunde, of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie: Relevante werkervaring in projectmanagement of een vergelijkbare rol.
  • Perfect tweetalig Nederlands/Frans: Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van HVAC en piping: Begrip van en ervaring met verwarmings-, ventilatie-, airconditioningsystemen en pijpleidingsystemen.
