IT Core Finance, Legal & HR Domains are in charge of the group applications excluding ERP to support Support Function (Finance, HR, Legal). One of the main responsibilities if this entity is to guarantee group application standardization.
Global Apps team is involved in the digital transformation of the functions, in parallel Global Apps team is actively supporting the new equity story of the group in participating in carve in-out activities.
PURPOSE
Reinforce the IT Core Support Functions Domain Managers on the IS/IT activities required on function digitalization and Carve in-out activities coordination
HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
PMO role
Maintain operating model to support the current portfolio and the roadmap under domain manager requirement Manage the Planning of on-going projects, Prepare presentation support, Follow project cost control, Contribute to Meeting coordination of projects or global governance.

Continuous Improvement
Contribute to the improvement of services. Facilitate the transfer of know-how, experience and best practices within the team, the community and with his/her peers. Contribute to market watch and propose axes of evolutions of the existing solutions.Knowledge Management
Deliver appropriate and up-to-date documentation, stored in a secure and easily access way.
