Job Responsibilities

About the role

As a Buyer Secondary Packaging, you source and negotiate packaging materials for the business units. You monitor and optimize procurement strategy for your packaging subcategories , build and manage suppliers'panel.

As part of your accountabilities, you have to manage a budet and its cost optimisation with its performanc ereporting. To do so, you have to build, structure and organise multiple tenders, to manage negociations on all the terms & conditions including prices review, deliver financial targets, recommend budget standard prices for your subcategories and follow purchase price variances and ensure appropriate reporting to the procurement management.

Furthermore, you have to work on market insights and strategies improvements. To do so, you follow up market evolutions regularly to identify new risks and opportunities, you identify to shake holders relevant market information and innovations with line manager support, and you prepare and improve master strategy for other all sub categories in accordance with the master procurement and business strategy.

As part of you role is to ensure compliance, supplier performance and manage risks. You regularly hold BRM with suppliers, with your manager support, you improve quality of top offenders based on an 80/20 approach, you follow up actions done, you prepare and contribute to suppliers reviews as per planning, you prepare and contribute to risk analysis and you propose BCPs. Furthermore, you have to look for alternative sourcing, etc.

As you have to work on continuous improvement, innovation and sustainability, you have to come up and follow up a pipeline of cost out, you contribute to NPD projects plateforms in place and raise opportunities and risks for each innovation project, etc.

Skills and Experience

About you

University degree in Procurement, technical, economical or similar. Experience in Procurement is a plus. A first purchasing/supply chain expérience. Tools: Excel, Power point Languages: Fluent in English and French, Spanish is a plus
