Description du poste

Nous cherchons un Business Manager / Responsable Business Unit pour rejoindre notre agence basée à Trappes.

Rattaché(e) au Directeur de Pôle, vous serez en charge du développement de nos activités, de nos comptes ainsi que des réponses aux appels d'offres.

Etre Business Manager / Responsable Business Unit chez SEGULA c'est avoir u n rôle clé sur les projets.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

- Gérer une Business Unit et assurer sa croissance.

- Prospecter de nouveaux clients/marchés dans le cadre de la stratégie définie par la direction du pôle afin de développer le chiffre d'affaires sur votre périmètre,

- Analyser les besoins des clients et élaborer les propositions commerciales,

- Assurer le suivi du portefeuille clients et favoriser des relations commerciales sur la durée en fidélisant les clients et partenaires,

- Répondre aux appels d'offres et assurer la négociation clients,

- Recruter et manager des commerciaux juniors ainsi que les consultants placés en missions chez vos clients.

Qualifications

De formationIngénieur ou Bac+5 , vous avez acquis une expérience commerciale significative de 4-5 ans , au sein d'une société d'ingénierie, sur de la vente de prestations de services.

Vous avez une expérience dans l'i ndustrie automobile , plus particulièrement dans le SOFT et l'électronique.

Vous avez un fort tempérament commercial et une appétence pour les métiers techniques et le secteur de l'industrie.

Au-delà du diplôme, vos qualités relationnelles , votre goût du challenge vous permettront de vous intégrer rapidement au sein d'une équipe dynamique sur un secteur à fort potentiel commercial.
