As our new Key Pharma Account Metrology Lead for one of our customer, you will support the Metrology Department Manager in his daily task. You will primarily develop and implement quality initiatives to improve metrology processes. You will work closely with Agilent support team to have alignment with Initiatives driven within this account.
Your key responsibilities will be:
• Ensure documents readiness for Internal & External quality audits in collaboration with Metrology Manager.
• Maintain, Compose, and revise the Metrology Department's procedures and operating methods, under the Metrology Manager’s supervision.
• Contribute to the development of protocols/processes, or improvement on existing ones.
• Oversee the department's calibration/verification tasks, scheduling and execution, while collaborating with other departments or external companies when necessary.
• Check and verify metrological and calibration reports.
• Address relevant deviations (impact analysis) to the Metrology department.
• Offer technical support and expertise during investigations.
This position will be based directly on client site, in Orléans' area (45 – Loiret).
Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated individual with the following background:
• Ideally, a University Degree in a Life Science or Business related field.
• A first experience in a quality , metrology , or an audit position .
• Knowledge of ISO17025 and GMP standards .
• Knowledge in biotechnology and laboratory assets .
• Full proficiency in French and good level of English .

In addition to your exceptional organization aptitudes , you have great communications & influential skills to interact with many external and internal partners at a high level. Problem resolution skilled and result oriented , you are able to lead projects and leverage change . You show resilience and the capacity to be trusted with sensitive/confidential information .
