- Manage data entry and maintain accurate financial records with QuickBooks.
- Ensure timely collection of deposits and coordinate effectively with banks and customers.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Handle customer communications, including collections and resolving challenging issues.
- Monitor and manage incoming scheduled, pending, and declined payments.
- Manage collections accounts, including performing customer outreach for payment follow-ups.
The Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of proficiency with QuickBooks.
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Familiarity with Google Apps like Docs, Gmail, and Calendar is advantageous.
