About the Role
Snaphunt is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper to join our team in a leadership role. As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for ensuring precise financial record-keeping and the efficient management of billing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and apply recurring payments to corresponding invoices.
- Manually sync payments with our financial software and send receipts to customers.
- Monitor financial transactions to record any discrepancies and deviations.
- Create invoices and process payments accurately and promptly.
- Attach relevant documentation, such as financial reports, to invoices and email them to customers.
- Manage reimbursements for employees and ensure accurate documentation.
- Perform administrative tasks including answering phone calls, handling follow-ups, and managing contract entries and renewals.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm EST
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent command of English, with superior communication and administrative skills to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and manage various financial and administrative responsibilities effectively.
- Experience in handling detailed work with precision under tight deadlines.
