Principales responsabilités et missions:

Au sein du département Achats au siège de Valeo Service, dans un environnement international, vous êtes en charge de:

  • Calcul mensuel de lindice achat (performance achat)

  • Suivi des indicateurs de performance et présentation mensuelle des résultats achats

  • Consolidation mensuelle des résultats QCD par fournisseur (scorecard) et au niveau panel (book)

  • Suivi des actions de réduction de coûts dans PuMa

  • Gestion des contrats fournisseur et des prix dans SAP

  • En charge du processus de création fournisseur PuMa/SAP

  • Formalisation des procédures et mise à jour du manuel achats

Dans la 2ème phase de lalternance, vous aurez lopportunité dintervenir en support achats aux segments leaders sur des missions telles que:

  • Projets de benchmark, analyse portefeuilles achats

  • Identification et mise en œuvre dactions de productivité (supply chain)

  • Achats projets: sourcing process (preSoCo / SoCo), RFQ et négociation

  • Gestion du panel fournisseur

Outils utilisés : SAP (prix, incoterms, conditions de paiement, extractions), E-Proc : web de gestion des commandes des frais généraux, PuMa (Purchasing Management) outils de gestion base fournisseurs, Création des nouveaux comptes fournisseurs (frais généraux et négoce), Sites achat Google (portail de communication et portail interne au service) 

Parlons de vous: 

  • Formation: BAC/5 Ecole de commerce ou dIngénieur avec spécialisation Achats 

  • Langues : Français, Anglais : courant 

  • Compétences informatiques : SAP, très bonne maîtrise du Pack Office et dExcel en particulier 

  • Qualités requises : Autonomie, initiative, rigueur, créativité 

Durée 1 à 2 ans, rythme dalternance souhaité 3 semaines / 1 semaine
