Missions
En tant que Directeur /Directrice, vous serez le responsable de l’engagement du cabinet auprès de nos clients. Vous piloterez l’organisation, l’avancement et la qualité des livrables de vos missions. Votre rôle portera également sur l’encadrement et la formation des équipes avec lesquelles vous serez amené à intervenir. Par ailleurs, le cabinet connait une forte croissance depuis sa création. C’est l’occasion pour vous de développer de nouvelles propositions de valeur et de porter les offres de services correspondantes sur le marché. A vous de jouer pour créer votre futur place de Partner
En nous rejoignant vous interviendrez principalement dans les contextes d’intervention suivants :
« Deal Strategy & Execution» : Vous accompagnerez des vendeurs comme des acheteurs dans leurs opérations de fusion-acquisition, aussi bien dans des contextes de pré-deal que post-deal
En préparation du deal :
-Définition de l’Equity Story
-Due diligence stratégique, commerciale, opérationnelle et synergies de rapprochement
-Plan de séparation (« Carve-out »)
Lors de l’exécution du deal :
-Plan d’intégration (« PMI »)
-Préparation du « Day1 » afin d’assurer la continuité de l’activité
-Planification stratégique
-Animation et pilotage de la performance
« Corporate Strategy & Business transformation » : Vous participerez à la construction et à la mise en œuvre de plans stratégiques et de plans de création de valeur, avec notamment :
-Diagnostic de performance financière et opérationnelle, identification de leviers d’amélioration
-Construction de plans stratégiques (plan de transformation, plan de création de valeur, repositionnement stratégique, …)
-Formalisation du Blueprint et du storytelling
-Détail du Business Plan (revenus, OPEX, CAPEX) et des roadmaps opérationnelles
-Conversion du plan stratégique en exécution
« Turnaround & Operational Restructuring » : Dans des contextes de sous-performance, de crise, vous participerez à la construction de plans de retournement, avec notamment :
-Diagnostic de sous performance
-Identification des pertes de valeur
-Construction et mise en œuvre de plans de retournement, avec notamment la rationalisation des actifs et de l'empreinte industrielle et des réseaux de distribution, la refonte de l’organisation et l’optimisation du Besoin en Fonds de Roulement
-Mise en place de cellules dédiées (« CRO Office ») avec notamment la construction de plans stratégiques dans des contextes de sous-performance, reprise en main de filiales de grands groupes, et apport d’expertises sur des sujets précis (HR, Trésorerie, Juridique, …)
Profil recherchéNous recherchons pour ces missions des candidats de formation supérieure (Bac+5 – école d’ingénieur ou école de commerce de rang A), ayant acquis au minimum 8 ans d’expériences probantes parmi les suivantes :
-Une carrière dans le conseil opérationnel ou dans la division Opérations des cabinets de stratégie ;
-Une expérience précédente en industrie avec de larges et complexes programmes de transformation, d’amélioration continue et de programmes de retournement structurants au niveau de la Direction Générale ;
-Une forte connaissance des opérations et de la finance afin d’analyser un P&L un bilan et d’en tirer des conclusions ;
-Une double compétence conseil en stratégie et industrie sera valorisée lors du processus de recrutement.
Vous êtes dotés de qualités relationnelles et analytiques reconnues. Curieux, dynamique, responsable et autonome, vous faites preuve d'esprit d'équipe et vous pratiquez couramment l’anglais dans le cadre de vos missions (la pratique d’une seconde langue étrangère sera un plus). Vous êtes motivé par le challenge d’intervenir dans des contextes à forts enjeux stratégiques marqués par des opérations de haut de bilan et/ou de retournement et d’élargir vos compétences sur les dimensions financières et opérationnelles.
