Stage de 6 mois à Villeurbanne, dans notre bureau de R&D Ansys Lyon, pour un(e) étudiant(e) en génie informatique, intéressé par les domaines suivants: cloud services, management de bases de données (SQL); multithreading, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, RESTful API (design et implémentation)

Summary / Role Purpose

Join Ansys as a student intern to apply your education to solve real world computer engineering problems, advance career skills and experience work at Ansys. The student intern will be part of the R&D, Cloud Data Services Team. You will work closely in developing and delivering high performance frameworks for concurrent read/write of large, structured datasets in a multi-tenant cloud-native environment. The intern will get an opportunity to interact with Ansys global leaders.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Support the definition and development of software solutions within the Cloud Data Services team. Write tests and scripts to automate the execution steps for the integration, development, and deployment of our services. Interact with other teams (other development teams) to get requirements and feedback. Being organized and process oriented to work on long-term complex projects with multiple teams and individuals.

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience

Studying towards a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Physics or Science Ready to work at the advertised location without requiring relocation assistance by Ansys Interest in software development and Data Services: databases, Scripting Motivated to learn; strong problem solving, communication and time management skills Demonstrated skills in writing, understanding, and presenting in fluent English

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages – Java, GoLang, Python, etc. Programming skills in Python or GoLang is a plus. Knowledge of database management systems, e. g. PostgreSQL Familiarity of NoSQL databases like MongoDB is preferred. Familiarity with Graph databases like Neo4J is a plus. Knowledge of AWS, Docker and Kubernetes is desirable. Knowledge of designing and implementing RESTful APIs is desirable Experience with a version control system (e. g. git) is desirable Fundamental understanding of highly scalable, distributed systems Fundamental understanding of multi-threaded/multi-processing application development Ability to work in a geographically distributed development environment and requires excellent communication skills
