The Role

Job Summary:The Marketplaces Accounts Associate will support online marketplaces accounts eg., Shopify, Walmart, eBay, Target, etc., and launch new products listings on those marketplaces

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support online marketplaces accounts eg., Shopify, Walmart, eBay, Target, etc.
  • Support the day-to-day responsibilities for online marketplaces
  • Maintain and support existing products with necessary updates. Launch new product listings.
  • Analyze product rankings, ratings, customer feedback/reviews, to maintain products listings health Monitor account health and performance metrics, competitive listings, identify new opportunities, and present to the Marketplaces Manager
  • Monitor orders processing and work closely with Dropship and Customer Experience team to support them in maintaining healthy Order & Fulfilment rates.
  • Staying informed with eCommerce retail industry best practices, new trends and technologies, marketplaces, and platform updates
  • Report (daily, weekly, monthly) on activities and overall account health and provide recommendations to enhance performance.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned


Ideal Profile

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a Direct Marketing, Business-to-Customer environment with a focus on eCommerce
  • 1+ year experience working with the Shopify platform
  • Prior experience with US e-commerce markets is a plus
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Educational and Language Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Upper-intermediate level of English (both written and verbal)
