Job Description

Website management:

Assist in auditing and managing direct and indirect web content. Review and update direct web content regularly to ensure accuracy and relevancy. Check indirect web content for consistency and accuracy. Help improve user navigation experience, product & rate availability, and mobile friendliness. Test website navigation paths to ensure ease of use. Monitor mobile responsiveness and suggest improvements. Support the implementation of SEO and PPC strategies, including auditing SEO/SEM keywords. Assist in keyword research and analysis for SEO/SEM campaigns. Monitor and report on PPC campaign performance.

Digital Presence enhancement:

Contribute to enhancing the resort’s digital presence through platforms like TripAdvisor Business Listing and Google My Business. Update and optimize TripAdvisor business listing. Manage and update Google My Business profile with current information and promotions. Assist in developing strategies to improve visibility and ranking on relevant indirect web channels. Collaborate with e-account managers to enhance visibility on third-party websites. Implement strategies to improve ranking and visibility on indirect channels.

Social Media:

Assist in executing social media strategies and managing budgets for all relevant channels. Develop and schedule posts across all relevant social media platforms. Create engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and message. Help ensure updated and relevant content, brand & hotel messages, offers, and deals are posted. Support engagement and awareness initiatives through contests, influencer collaborations, and paid advertising campaigns . Respond to comments and messages promptly. Engage with followers and influencers to build community and brand loyalty.

Electronic Direct Mail marketing:

Assist in the accurate data entry and segmented growth of the hotel’s customer database. Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of the customer database. Segment the database for targeted marketing campaigns. Support the creation, design, execution, and tracking of email marketing campaigns. Assist in designing and writing email content. Schedule and send email campaigns.

Graphic Assets & Design:

Follow brand standards to assist in maintaining relevant graphic assets. Help design internal and external communications. Assist in designing marketing materials for digital and print use. Collaborate with other departments to create promotional content.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of one year of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the hospitality industry. Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, social media management, and email marketing. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software. Strong knowledge of graphic design software and video editing tools. Perfect command of English language and strong copywriting skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
