At the Department of External Relations and International Development (DREDI), we implement the internationalization policy of the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne, which revolves around 4 major axes:

• Facilitating European and international mobility of students, researchers, and administrative staff;

• Developing scientific cooperation with foreign universities;

• Pursuing an active policy of institutional partnerships;

• Ensuring dynamic communication targeting international audiences and encouraging incoming and outgoing mobility.

The INVEST European University Quality Assurance Officer will be part of the European University team, in close collaboration with the Vice-President for INVEST and under the supervision of the INVEST team manager.

The INVEST European University Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process, measuring the outcomes and impact of all INVEST activities for URCA (education, research, innovation, support services), in line with the tasks outlined in WP2 - Quality Assurance, led by the University of Agribusiness and Rural Development (UARD) in Bulgaria.

This objective is divided into several missions, which may evolve according to the alliance's needs:

Mission 1: Monitor all INVEST Work Packages related to quality assurance

Collaborate with partners to define performance indicators;

Participate in updating and continuously improving the quality assurance policy within the framework of WP2;

Ensure the integration and harmonisation of quality standards within the INVEST alliance;

Contribute to the drafting of deliverables related to the above tasks in English.

Mission 2: Coordinate URCA’s participation in INVEST quality assurance activities

1. Implement INVEST's existing quality assurance policy and standards at URCA

Deploy quality monitoring tools for all URCA activities, including risk management and training;

Facilitate and monitor the quality taskforce at URCA;

· Ensure compliance with other standards: Service Public +, Qualiopi, HCERES, HRS4R, Welcome to France, DDRS;

2. Provide decision-making tools to URCA’s internal stakeholders

Develop and implement analysis and management tools;

Provide statistics and indicators for INVEST interim and final reports, as well as internal university reports;

Monitor performance indicators for continuous quality improvement;

Track the self-assessment system in teaching, research, governance, and student life.

Mission 3: Communication, monitoring, and awareness

Participate in national and European quality networks;

Monitor European policies and guidelines and provide training in this field;

Raise awareness within URCA’s community on quality issues;

Participate in fairs, forums, and conferences to represent URCA and the INVEST alliance.

Le profil idéal, selon nous

Knowledge

· Master’s degree

· Knowledge of the French and European higher education and research systems

· Knowledge of European quality assurance frameworks is desirable

· 2 years' experience in quality monitoring is desirable, ideally in a European/international environment

· Proficiency in English: B2 level

· Proficiency in French: B2 level

· Project management methodology

· Working in an intercultural environment, designing and managing collaborative tools

· Development of indicators and dashboards

· Mastery and use of information systems and office automation tools

· Ability to draft documents (reports, summaries, etc.)
