Le Groupe GRAND LARGE YACHTING, c’est au départ le rêve de voyage de deux amis d’enfance, aujourd’hui transformé en belle aventure entrepreneuriale avec plus de 900 collaborateurs qui construisent en France des voiliers haut de gamme de renommée internationale sous les marques Allures Yachting, Garcia Yachts, Gunboat, Outremer, Ocean Voyager, RM Yachts et ORC, pour des clients sillonnant toutes les mers du globe en monocoque ou en catamaran.

Vous rejoignez notre site de Cherbourg où sont fabriqués les voiliers Allures & Garcia.
En tant que Customer Project Manager, votre rôle est de :
Garantir des définitions de bateaux finalisées avant mise en production ; Garantir une data commerciale à jour (spécifications, liste d'options, pièces cyclées, tarifs, benchmark sur le prix des options,...) ; Développer les outils du commerce (CRM - ERP - …) afin d'optimiser et fiabiliser les processus de configuration ; Garantir, en lien avec le Juridique et l’Administration des Ventes, des documents contractuels robustes (commandes, signatures clients, …) ; Veiller, en lien avec l’Administration Des Ventes, de l’ anticipation et du respect de l’échéancier de paiement des bateaux ; Anticiper, avec le Bureau d’Etudes et le Lancement, les chiffrages d’éventuels demandes custom demandées par nos clients ; Animer l’instance d’ évolution des voiliers , en lien avec le Marketing, les Ventes, le Bureau d’Etudes, la Qualité ; Produire et analyser les KPI clients ; Garantir, en lien avec le Marketing, une expérience et un parcours clients de qualité ; S’assurer de la qualité de nos productions envers nos clients (conseil technique, respect du timing, qualité des documents produits).En complétement de ces missions, vous :
Encadrez et gérez la montée en compétences (technique et commerciale) de l' équipe de Boat Project Manager (2 personnes) ; Participez aux salons et évènements nautiques internationaux ; Entretenez le lien avec vos homologues Groupe en vue de déployer toute amélioration utilise pour l'activité commerciale.Nous rejoindre c'est
vous permettre, passionné(e) de voile ou non, de contribuer à l’élaboration de voiliers d’exception en vous épanouissant dans un environnement de travail stimulant, une ambiance chaleureuse au sein d’une équipe à taille humaine – tout en faisant partie d’un groupe en pleine croissance offrant de réelles perspectives d’évolution.
Profil recherché
Vous avez une expérience dans l'univers du voilier et avez la culture du grand voyage .
Vous aimez le management d'équipe et contribuer à la montée en compétences de vos collaborateurs.
Vous avez un très bon relationnel client et êtes capable de faire face à toutes les situations.
Vous serez amené(e) à échanger quotidiennement en Anglais avec les clients, pour cela vous avez un très bon niveau.
Vous avez de bonnes connaissances techniques sur les sujets se rapportant aux voiliers (électricité/électronique, systèmes, accastillage, gréements,...).
