About our Company:

Medidata: Powering Smarter Treatments and Healthier People

About the Team:

  • Identify and (co)create wraparound and supporting services with the Patient Cloud Professional Services team that enable clients to achieve their goals utilizing Patient Cloud technologies.
  • Work directly with customers to provide messages around our solutions, understand needs, test strategies and roadmaps, and collect feedback
  • Serve as a voice for Patient Cloud in customer meetings, conferences, and other public events
  • Manage P&L for product solutions and manage to topline and bottom line targets. Work with Patient Cloud leadership to define resource requirements and make prioritization decisions.
  • Work in partnership with sales leadership and solution specialists to ensure alignment of product and commercial strategy and success, both short and long term.
  • Oversee the General Availability process for new releases by coordinating with other groups within Medidata, such as IT, Training and Professional Services
  • 10+ years experience in software product management and/or systems delivery, including exposure to systems that support clinical research with patient facing components
  • Experience building a scaled, successful SaaS product business
  • At least 10 years of experience in the full scope of product management (, developing product outlook and roadmap, engaging with customers and driving development, coordinating launches, and ensuring post-launch success).
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams with direct and matrixed influence, including software development, software quality, software service, and commercial teams.
  • BS or higher preferably in marketing, business, information systems or life sciences. Additional advanced degrees are considered a plus.
