Team Overview:
- Establish and oversee essential CRO partnerships in the AP South region and India to achieve business objectives.
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive business strategy with partners to reach shared goals.
- Design an all-encompassing approach that includes sales, product integration, partner training, marketing, and additional initiatives.
- Provide support to CRO partners for sales and service execution.
- Serve as the primary liaison for partner accounts and coordinate resources effectively.
- Promote enterprise commitments and stimulate direct business expansion.
- Identify and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth.
- Collaborate with team members and various internal departments.
Role Details:
- Position based in Singapore, reporting directly to the VP of AP South & India Sales.
- Prior experience in software sales or consulting is essential.
- Manage and nurture relationships with customers and partners.
- Possess strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
- Engage with prospects and clients through verbal and written communication.
- Exhibit a sense of ownership and enthusiasm for the role.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in the local language and business-level English is required.
- A degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Computer Science is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with CROs or in strategic alliances.
- Familiarity with biopharmaceutical clinical trials and research and development is necessary.
