We're looking for a talented and passionate Senior Brand Designer to join our Brand team.
As Senior Brand Designer, you will play a key role in the development and evolution of the visual identity of the Alstom Brand. You'll be responsible for ensuring the consistency and quality of our brand across all communication channels.
As result-driven Senior Brand Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing design projects, creating original illustrations and infographics and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
You will work closely with the Corporate, Brand, Product Lines and Regions Communications team to develop campaign concepts, create communication assets, design beautiful event booths and define our social media look and feel. You will have strong expertise in graphic design, layout techniques, and communication execution.
Responsibilities
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our communication projects
- Leading the creative direction for communication initiatives and ensuring consistency across all channels
- Developing compelling campaign concepts that align with the company's brand and communication objectives
- Designing a variety of communication assets, including whitepapers, ebooks, case studies, PPT presentation, ads, event booths and social media posts (motion design is a plus)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including communication, marketing, content, and product teams, to ensure the visual representation aligns with overall campaign goals
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
- Liaise with communication and marketing teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design strategies
Competencies Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in communication design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across different mediums and result driven.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Demonstrated experience in developing successful campaign concepts and executing end-to-end design projects.
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain consistency in design across various platforms.
- Attention to visual details.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to cross-functional teams.
- Ability to understand communication and marketing metrics to measure success against key KPIs.
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand design and outstanding creative achievements.
- BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
- You speak English fluently.
- Motion design experience is a plus.
