Unternehmensbeschreibung
Rote Highheels und Netzstrümpfe, Krawatten und Massanzüge – am Knotenpunkt zwischen der lebendigen Langstrasse und hypermodernen Europaallee treffen sich die Welten. Tagsüber werden Business-Gespräche geführt abends flackern die Neonschilder. Das 25hours Hotel Langstrasse liegt zentral beim Hauptbahnhof und nur eine kurze Radtour vom See entfernt. Wir sind ein junges Team und lieben unsere Du-Kultur gemischt mit guter Kinderstube.
Vom „Grüezi“ bis zum „Adieu“: Du sorgst zusammen mit dem Team am Empfang für glückliche Gäste vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment.

Wie schaut dein Arbeitstag aus...
Du machst die Einsatzplanung, führst das ganze Front Office Team an der Langstrasse und unterstützt deine Kollegen bei ihrer Entwicklung Du bist ein empathischer Gastgeber und stehst deinen Kollegen mit einem ansteckenden Lächeln bei, wenn mal wieder alle Gäste gleichzeitig zum Check-In einlaufen Du sorgst für korrekte Abrechnungen und saubere administrative Abläufe Zudem behältst du auch bei spontanen Planänderungen Oberwasser und kannst dich jeder Situation anpassenQualifikationen

Du hast eine Ausbildung in der Hotellerie abgeschlossen, zwingend bereits Führungserfahrung in der Rooms Division gesammelt und sprichst fliessend Deutsch sowie Englisch. Weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil Deine Kollegen kannst du genauso begeistern wie deine Gäste. Außerdem kennst du dich in der Stadt aus und hast immer Szenetipps in der Hinterhand Du bist ein Macher – und gibst offen zu, wenn du mal was falsch gemacht hast Qualität und Liebe zum Detail sind für dich kein Fremdwort Du bringst nicht nur dein Können mit, sondern auch deinen Charakter Du hast ein Schweizer WohnsitzZusätzliche Informationen
