Votre mission:En tant que Senior Manager, vous jouerez un rôle clé en tant que bras droit du Partner en charge de la practice Risques & Conformité. Vos responsabilités comprendront :
- La direction de projets de conseil stratégique et opérationnel en risques et conformité pour des institutions financières.
- L'accompagnement des clients dans la mise en place et l'amélioration de leurs cadres réglementaires et de gestion des risques.
- Le développement de nouvelles offres de services et la contribution à des projets de recherche et publication dans votre domaine d'expertise.
- La gestion et le développement des relations client, ainsi que le pilotage des équipes de consultants.
Votre profil:
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme supérieur en finance, droit ou équivalent.
- Vous avez une expérience significative (au moins 8 ans) dans le conseil en management, spécifiquement dans le secteur bancaire, avec une expertise solide en risques et conformité.
- Reconnu pour votre leadership, vous avez d'excellentes capacités de communication et de persuasion.
- Vous avez démontré une capacité à gérer des équipes et à développer des relations client de haut niveau.
- Vous êtes innovant, proactif et capable de travailler efficacement dans des environnements dynamiques et exigeants.
- La maîtrise de l'anglais est essentielle, et la connaissance d'autres langues serait un atout.
