We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to plan and execute Revvity’s marketing efforts in Southern Europe for Life Sciences and Diagnostics.
This position is fully remote but requires weekly travels to our offices in Milan.
Role and Responsibilities:
This role is a combination of Operational Marketing and Strategic Marketing.
Operational Marketing:
Strategic Marketing:
Leads the marketing strategy, content and activities in the Southern European region for both Life Sciences and Diagnostics. Maximize the activation of brand and name across multiples channels and events to raise awareness and customer engagement through BTB and BTC Customer insights: Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Account Based Marketing: Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for our key accounts. Formulate regional market sizing, segmentation and targeting strategies, rolling up to inform the global approach Proactively engages with the direct and indirect sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities Oversee regional launch planning working with the regional operations team to lead generation and funnel creation Responsible for building the AOP plan for the Southern Europe region Ability to travel across Southern EuropeSkills and Competences
Master ‘s degree in Marketing. Bachelor’s degree in the Life Sciences is a plus Preferably minimum 6 years of similar experience in a marketing or sales role in B2B or B2C. Global and/or Regional Marketing Experience in the Life Sciences or Diagnostic Field Fluent in English. Speaking Italian, Spanish or French is a plus Team player driving collaboration with COE (center of excellence) members and alignment with internal stakeholders. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Well organized and detail oriented Experience in working in a multicultural and diverse team Strong interpersonal skills and capability to work well within a team and independently Ability to travel across Southern Europe
