Ce poste est un CDD de 6 mois.
Au sein du Département Design Product et sous la responsabilité du Project Management Office des Instruments, les principales activités du chef de projet Instruments sont :
PREPARATION DU PROJET :
• Définir les livrables associés à l’objectif du projet.
• Définir le périmètre du projet
• Définir et évaluer les moyens (investissement) et ressources (R&D, Finance, juridique, Opérations, Marketing, Achat, Logistique, IT, etc., prestataires
• Définir l’organisation du projet sur la base de l’objectif et du périmètre
MISE EN ŒUVRE/PILOTAGE DU PROJET :
• Piloter/fédérer l’équipe projet pour permettre l’atteinte de l’objectif et être responsable de l’ensemble des livrables dans le respect de la performance, du coût, de la qualité et des délais.
• Piloter les réunions avec la gouvernance (CODIR)
• Utiliser la méthodologie et les outils de gestion de projet
SUIVI DU PROJET :
• Assurer la mise sous contrôle et la disponibilité des ressources & moyens
• Suivre et mettre à jour le planning des livrables liés à l’objectif
• Suivre des indicateurs de performance liés à l’objectif et prendre les mesures correctives en cas de dérives
• Piloter l’équipe projet pour assurer la conformité des livrables et du délai associé (réunions Projet régulières et programmées)
• Piloter l'équipe projet pour la production des documents et livrables nécessaires à la certification des produits en lien avec les exigences formulées par le service Réglementaire
• Communiquer régulièrement sur l’avancement du projet et éventuellement sur les points de blocage qui requirent une décision de la part de la gouvernance (reporting vers la gouvernance : business team).
• Créer et maintenir une documentation de projet complète
Profil
Diplomé(e) d'un Bac+5, ingénieur ou équivalent, vous justifiez d’une première expérience en tant que chef de projet, idéalement dans un environnement industriel dans le domaine des dispositifs médicaux (Classe 1m - 2a)
Maîtrise des méthodologies et outils associés la gestion projet dans le domaine des dispositifs médicaux (Classe 1m - 2a) Maîtrise des méthodologies et outils associés aux processus de développement produit et de la vie série Maîtriser la complexité et l’incertitude (adaptabilité et capacité organisationnelle) Gérer la pression inhérente aux projets complexes et stratégiques (résilience, gestion des conflits) Exercer un fort leadership pour conduire l’équipe projet et les organisations concernées vers l’objectif (prise de décision, négociation) Pratiquer une communication verticale et horizontale efficace (esprit de synthèse centrée sur la contribution)#LI-RM1
