Méthodologie

Contribue à la définition de la méthodologie logicielle en accord avec le SW Dpt Manager. Assure l'exactitude et l'exécution des revues de conception technique sur ses projets.

Gestion

Gère les ressources de ses projets (état d'avancement, tâches, ...) Valide et optimise le plan de charge de ses projets. Pilote la réunion hebdomadaire de son équipe.

Gestion technique

Contribue à l'identification des briques standards nécessaires en accord avec SW Métier Manager. Contribue à l'identification des outils standards requis en accord avec SW Métier Manager. Contribue à la capitalisation et aux évolutions nécessaires pour améliorer les processus de développement. Contribuer à l'identification de la stratégie de fabrication ou d'achat requise en accord avec le SW Métier Manager. Gérer la planification et le plan d'action SW. Gérer la gestion du changement de son projet et préparer le SwCCB. Gérer la gestion des exigences S'assure de la bonne application des normes.

Gestion du budget

Définit le budget de ses projets Assure le suivi du budget et met à jour les prévisions à trois mois de ses projets. Contribue au plan d'efficacité R&D de son projet en accord avec le chef d'équipe SW. Rapports et participation aux réunions Rendre compte des progrès, des examens techniques et des problèmes liés à son projet au responsable du département logiciel et au responsable de la gestion des projets de recherche et développement. Participer à la réunion hebdomadaire avec le responsable du département logiciel et le responsable de la gestion des projets de recherche et de développement. Soutenir le R&D TPM dans les revues de projets si nécessaire. Participe à la réunion mensuelle du département SW.
