Vos missions clés ?

Gestion RH   :

En tant que référent des stagiaires et alternants de toutes les Directions, vous serez l’interlocuteur privilégié de cette population. Vous aurez comme missions principales :

  • La mise en place et le suivi administratif de la population stagiaires et alternants (contrats, liens avec les parties prenantes (écoles, OPCO…) congés...)
  • La mise à jour/suivi des entrées/sorties des alternants et stagiaires sur nos différents outils ( Workday, fichiers de suivi..)
  •  L’animation de la communauté stagiaires/alternants, en lien avec les actions menées par le Groupe
  • Le suivi de la population stagiaires/alternants le long de leur expérience chez Pernod Ricard : Matinées d’intégration, entretien de mi-stage/alternance et de fin de stage/alternance
  • La consolidation des besoins pour chaque campagne en lien avec les HRBP et les managers
  • La participation au retravail des fiches de missions.

Gestion de projets

  • Vous serez en support des HRBP sur différents projets de développement RH et également d’analyse de données tout au long de l’année.

Recrutement

  • Vous pourrez être amenés à participer à des recrutements CDD/CDI/Interim en lien avec les managers et en binôme avec les HRBP du périmètre concerné (posting sur workday et job board, sourcing, préqualifications)

  • Vous allez suivre une formation de niveau bac +3/+4 à la rentrée prochaine
  • Vous disposez idéalement d’une première expérience réussie en Ressources Humaines,
  • Vous cherchez une expérience alliant gestion de projet et opérationnel RH quotidien, en proximité avec les collaborateurs. Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe et le sens du service client.
  • Curieux(se), vous aimez découvrir des métiers et savez-vous adapter à une pluralité d’acteurs. Vous avez le sens de l’écoute et communiquez de manière claire et précise, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
  • Vous êtes rigoureux(se) et aimez planifier / organiser et maniez le pack office (PPT, Excel) de manière efficace.
  • Vous êtes pragmatique dans la résolution de problème et recherchez la prise d’initiative dans vos missions.
