ROLE

The Cargo Care products are the range of value-added services we offer to our customers to protect their cargo, to raise their efficiency and performance levels.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As coordinator of the Cargo Care Products, you’ll be in charge of:
> Operational support
- Products costs mapping in coordination with different CC departments
- Selling rates mapping per products in coordination with network agencies and regional offices
- Tariffs input into internal system
- Stock management
- Execution monitoring & process improvements

> Product support
- SOP creation
- Generic processes creation & updates

> Sales support
- Promote visibility internally and externally

**PROFILE & SKILLS**:

- You have a BAC+5 (Master I or II) in Commerce with strong interest for Transport and Logistics
- You are fluent in English
- You have a good command of computers and Office tools (Excel & Power Point)
- You are organized and autonomous, with entrepreneurial skills
- Your interpersonal skills, your sense of communication and your team spirit will enable you to succeed in your mission
