We are looking for a Rental & Remarketing, Section Manager (Fixed-Term 6 months) to join the Corporate Sales team at the Nissan France HQ.

Mission:
• Support management in strategic direction on Rental management, between CS and key related functions within Nissan Europe organization
• Management of overall pan-European remarketing ecosystem and qualitative UC sourcing

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Rental sales channel management
- Build and sustain relationships with the 5 key Major Daily Rental accounts (Avis, Europcar, Enterprise, Sixt & Hertz) and others to be developed
- Support local markets with the running of rental business: negotiations, contracts, fleet planning, special campaigns (e.g. co-marketing)
- Oversee major daily rental deals and smooth the validation process through collaboration with all internal key functions. Ensure that deals are align with overall Nissan strategy (volume, profit, RV impact, …)
- Lobby internally in order to raise awareness on rental business and its benefits to enhance sustainable running of the business
- Build and run a comprehensive rental business report to efficiently monitor the business and take informed decisions
- Play a key role in building business planning and reforecasts

Remarketing & resourcing
- Support the remarketing & resourcing strategy as pillar to the overall brand direction, key for the present and future of the company, working closely with other key stakeholders of the x-functional team
- Used Vehicle Management System (UVMS)
1- Oversee the running of the current remarketing tool and be the liaison between local business, IS support team and the tool supplier
2- Lead the project from the business side : development and roll-out of the new UVMS#2 tool (front and back office) across Europe in collaboration with IS project team, the tool supplier, the local markets and third-party suppliers
3- Ensure continuous enhancement and optimization of the tool in collaboration with different functions
- Support all projects involving remarketing (Trade-in, NIC enhancement, …)
- Develop quality UC sourcing channel to encourage retention within the network through diverse actions and projects (collaboration with Long Term Rental companies and brand captive)
- Support UC sales channel development within Nissan network (crossborder sales, D2D, …)

Background and Experience:
- Bachelor or mater's degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in automotive business
- Fluent in English, +1 additional European language is a benefit
- Experienced knowledge of MS office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional & Proactive, Being able to work autonomously
- Agile, Efficient and Analytical mindset
- Customer focus & team spirit
- Demonstrated experience in project management involving IS/IT is a benefit
- First sales experience and V-Up certification will make the difference
