Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record Keeping and Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records. Manage accounts payable and receivable.Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses.Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Prepare financial statements and reports.Cash Flow Management:
Monitor and manage the company's cash flow. Prepare cash flow forecasts.Cost Control:
Analyze project costs and expenses to ensure they align with budgeted amounts.Tax & ZAKAT Preparation:
Assist in tax preparation and filing. Ensure timely payment of taxes.Payroll Processing:
Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate salary disbursements.Internal Controls:
Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets.Audit Support:
Assist in internal and external audit processes.Financial Analysis:

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction accounting practices.
