Notre activité Groupe recherche un stagiaire pour son Siège basé à Nanterre.

Poste de stagiaire au sein de l’équipe centrale TCS&Q (Total Customer Satisfaction & Quality)

Département Qualité Operations, méthodes et digital

Périmètre d’action monde, tous sites du groupe

Vous travaillerez sur des défis qui comptent

Vos missions :

Supporter le TCS&Q Operation, Method and digital director

Interface avec les autres fonctions du groupe

Qualité système FES (Lean) Finance Industriel Logistique HR Digital

Coordination du réseau qualité des Business Groups

Organisation des revues mensuelles Suivi documentaire et plan d’actions Support aux business Groups et autres fonctions Organisation d’évènements sur site Consolidation, préparation du reporting

Gestion de projets :

Operations

Définition, amélioration des outils qualité selon la stratégie définie Rédaction des procédures (avec les experts nécessaires) Déploiement des outils qualité (formation, accompagnement sur sites pilotes,…)

Digital

Projets d’automatisation & optimisation des taches dans la fonction qualité (reporting, dashboarding, …) Projets techniques sur l’identification des défauts (système de vision, analyse et decision, …) Projet d’utilisation des données machines pour améliorer les process Projet de développement d’applications dédiées (AI, Power BI, …)

Déplacement à l’étranger à prévoir
