Context:

The GEM Back Office Department is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader for a permanent position within the Trade Support team. In this role, you will lead the team responsible for managing day-to-day operations on Gas, Power, Oil, and Emission trades.

Team Leadership:

Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Analysts within the Trading Support team. Allocate tasks and projects to team members, ensuring that work is distributed based on individual skills and competencies. Promote teamwork and effective communication among team members to enhance overall productivity. Provide clear direction on team objectives and priorities.

Role:

Management of Validation, Margin Calls OTC and Cleared, Fixings, Forex Deals Effective communication and collaboration with the Front Office and other Support Functions to enhance Trading Floor activities understanding. Cooperation with other departments within the organization. Handling requests received in the mailbox.

Hard Skills:

Maintain a strong client focus and engage in extensive interactions with Sales, Trading, Market Risk, and Finance teams. Demonstrate strong organizational and detail-oriented skills. Utilize excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Encourage innovation within the team. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Advanced knowledge of MS Office and information systems.

Soft Skills:

Proficiency optimizing process Process FO to Accounting Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach. Effective communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proactive and able to take initiative in resolving issues. Resilience to handle high-stress situations common in the trading environment.

As a Team Leader in the Operation Support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily trading activities while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in line with ENGIE's core values. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining a high-performance team that upholds industry standards and supports ENGIE's commitment to sustainable energy solutions.
