Decathlon has a major ambition: to be People Centric. To support the development of the company's teammates, one of our strategies is to improve our HR repositories to determine what jobs & expertise actually exist in our organization and to efficiently manage our workforce.

In this context, the Corporate HR team, attached to the Human Resources Department, is being strengthened. We are looking for a Skill project coordinator to help us cleaning and updating our skill catalog. 

Your missions:

• Responsible for the global cleaning of the skill catalog

• Conducte arbitration workshops regarding the skill catalog with internal experts from different background

• Guarantee a data model that meets all the Group's needs, thanks to numerous exchanges with our job experts

• Ensure that the HR data required by my department is correctly reported and of good quality

• Your strong communication skills will be key in liaising with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, maintaining transparency and fostering trust.

• You have excellent project management skills

• You want to play as a team and deal with various experts

• You have a good command of the Google suite or the Microsoft suite

• Fluent in written and spoken English and French
