Head of Social Media - Brands (M/F/X)

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

PROJECT MANAGEMENT - BRANDS & PARTNERSHIPS

  • Elaboration of social media strategy for selective & exclusive brands (Strategy/Timeline & Content).
  • Privileged contributor to the social media strategy of our social networks in connection with Countries & Stores.
  • Ensuring our editorial line and values are respected in brand collaborations.
  • Definition and execution of Sephora's monobrand animation plan on European social networks, in close collaboration with our partner brands and internal services (Brand Marketing & Offer).
  • Translation of this animation plan into deployable assets on Sephora Europe's social networks: writing creative briefs for countries, adaptation and delivery of assets, uploading elements for France.
  • Active participation in events organized by our partner brands (press trips and other mobility opportunities).
  • Contribution to various projects led by the Social Media department (influence, events, external partnerships, etc.).
  • Ensuring compliance with the Sephora editorial charter.

 

ANALYTICS

  • Defining the KPIs to be monitored within the framework of our brand social media campaigns.
  • Producing internal monthly reports and business reviews for our brands using our Emplifi tool.
  • Optimizing the brand-related Social Media strategy according to the evolution of associated KPIs.
  • Identifying upcoming trending brands by analyzing their Earned Media coverage in Europe, using our Radarly tool.

 

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

  • Contributing to the development of social media strategy and editorial planning for EME, with particular attention to the visibility of our partner brands and various trends on social networks.
  • Creating content in line with platform algorithms (Instagram, TikTok).
  • Writing Social Media briefs (in English) and newsletters for our European markets, for local implementation.
  • Implementing Brand plans (in French) for France (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok...).

 

MONITORING

  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and competitive news to continue making Sephora the beauty leader on social networks in Europe.

  • At least 5 years of experience in Social Media.
  • Passionate about social networks, keeping an eye on the latest TikTok trends and all other disruptive formats.
  • Curious and creative.
  • Comfortable with Photoshop, Canva, or even Capcut.

GESTION DE PROJET – MARQUES & PARTENARIATS

  • Elaboration de la stratégie social media pour les marques (Strat/Timeling & Contenus) marques selectives & exclusives.
  • Contributeur privilégié de la stratégie social media de nos RS en lien avec les 2 autres pôles : Pays & Enseigne
  • Etre garant de notre ligne éditoriale et de nos valeurs dans la collaboration Marques
  • Définition et exécution du plan d’animations monomarques de Sephora sur les réseaux sociaux Europe, en lien étroit avec nos marques partenaires et nos services internes (Brand Marketing & Offre)
  • Traduction de ce plan d’animation en assets déployables sur les réseaux sociaux Sephora Europe : rédaction de briefs créatifs pour les pays, adaptation et livraison des assets, mise en ligne des éléments France
  • Participation active aux événements de nos marques partenaires (voyages presse et autres opportunités de mobilité)
  • Contribution aux divers projets menés par le pôle Social Media (influence, événements, partenariats externes, etc.)
  • Garantir la charte éditoriale Sephora

 

ANALYTICS

  • Définir les KPIs à suivre dans le cadre de nos campagnes Social Media marques
  • Réaliser des reportings mensuels internes et des business reviews à destination de nos marques à l’aide de notre outil Emplifi
  • Optimisation de la stratégie Social Media liée aux marques selon l’évolution des KPIs associés
  • Identifier les prochaines marques tendances en analysant les retombées Earned Media de celles-ci en Europe, à l’aide de notre outil Radarly

 

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

  • Contribution à l’élaboration de la stratégie social media et du planning éditorial EME, avec une attention particulière à la visibilité de nos marques partenaires et aux différentes tendances sur les réseaux sociaux
  • Création de contenus en ligne avec les algorithmes des plateformes (Instagram, TikTok)
  • Réalisation de briefs Social Media (en anglais) et newsletters à destination de nos marchés européens, pour implémentation locale
  • Exécution des plans Marques (en français) pour la France (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok…)

 

VEILLE

  • Être à l’affut des dernières tendances et des actualités concurrentielles  pour continuer de faire de Sephora le leader de la beauté sur les réseaux sociaux en Europe.
