The T&C team department is seeking a talented and dynamic Global talent acquisition and employer branding Assistant (6 months internship)  to support the VP Talent acquisition & Employer branding Sofitel Legend, Sofitel, MGallery & Embems in executing social media and influence strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a roadmap and create content calendar for social media, Accor careers, Linked in, setting specific objectives, KPIs, and ROI reporting for brand-related initiatives
  • Support the T&C team on creating content creation with a deep knowledge of the culture and EVP, using innovative approaches to format, structure, and presentation to grow our brand presence and engagement on social media
  • Collaborate with internal SOMe teams, agencies to produce compelling and high-quality content specific to the brand
  • Collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing team to ensure consistent and cohesive execution of social media and influence initiatives, reflecting the brand's identity
  • Create employer branding content
  • Support on the update of contents on  Accor career brand page
  • Design of Emblems page on Accor career website
  • Roll out of the People rituals and celebration week
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging and innovative trends, user behaviors, and platform updates relevant to the brand
  • Support on communication and newsletters: success stories interviews, L&D newletters.
  • You will also support the Director of Learning and development on the design of the script and video for la Maison master class,  support the follow up and Kick off
  • Support on designing the creation of L&D module

In an international environment this internship is a great opportunity to work closely with different internal stakeholders (T&C team, different department -Brands, communication, operations) and external stakeholders (schools relationship, social media) while developing your skills in communication, marketing and HR.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Level of studies: + 4 / +5

Fields of Studies: HR, Communication, Digital Marketing

Professional Experience: Previous internship(s) in luxury or luxury hospitality either in HR or Marketing Department.

Languages: Ability to communicate in English both written and spoken, French is a plus.

  • Strong interest in managing social media, digital platform and influence strategy (Organic and paid media) with deep knowledge of the main social platforms
  • Strong sensibility to aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail to produce high-end content
  • Strong organization skills , multi tasking, project management skills and are a team player
  • Creative mindset with the ability to propose and execute communication campaigns.
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Agility and Flexibility. Curiosity, listening skills, and analytical mindset
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
