In jouw nieuwe rol als Duty Manager bewaak je continue de tevredenheid, de kwaliteit, het
comfort en de veiligheid. Dit doe je door controlerondes te lopen, checks uit te voeren en collega’s aan te spreken. Je bent creatief in het bedenken van oplossingen. Als er zich een probleem voordoet, moet je hier namelijk zo snel mogelijk een oplossing voor vinden. Ook ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt bij klachten. Jij staat de gast te woord en zorgt dat ze tevreden het hotel verlaten. Voorkomen is echter beter dan genezen, dus jij legt onze gasten graag in de spreekwoordelijke watten door leuke WOW momentjes voor hen te creëren.
Functie-eisen
Je studeert aan het HBO met voorkeur aan een hotelopleiding; je bent felxibel inzetbaar want als Duty Manager heb je geen 9 tot 5 baan; je weet je hoofd koel te houden, ook tijdens stressvolle situaties; je bent communicatief sterk, ook in het Engels; je denkt graag out of ‘The box’ om gasten een onvergetelijke tijd te
bezorgen; het liefst heb je al enige ervaring opgedaan in de hospitality.

Pullman Eindhoven Cocagne maakt onderdeel uit van de internationale hotelketen Accor en dat brengt vele voordelen met zich mee, want Feel Welcome – Feel Valued is niet voor niets de missie van Accor.
Wij bieden een stagevergoeding van € 750,- bruto per maand op fulltime basis; lunch en/of diner wordt verzorgd in café Cocagne; lid worden van de PV, deze organiseren diverse activiteiten; bij ons parkeer je gratis; gezellige team uitjes; verder is er veel ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling.-
