Référent technique principal du projet

  • Proposer à (et aligner avec) le PTM logiciel, le PM mécatronique et le PTM test et validation du système, et tous les projets associés (Plateformes et P1 associés) le scénario technique menant aux livraisons du système du projet au client.

  • Résumer ce scénario technique dans la planification du projet de système (indique au moins les livraisons du système et les livrables de synchronisation entre les sous-projets) et dans le plan de livraison du système (contenu convenu des livraisons planifiées).

  • Présenter au PM du système les changements nécessaires au scénario technique et obtenir son approbation lors des réunions hebdomadaires du projet organisé par le PM du système.

  • Responsable de la conception robuste du produit, conformément aux objectifs économiques, afin de répondre aux exigences du client (exigences techniques et exigences relatives à l'intégrité du produit), aux normes et réglementations applicables et aux enseignements tirés de l'expérience. 

  • Diriger les activités de gestion des risques liées à la R&D dans le cadre du projet :

 Examiner périodiquement avec le PM SW, le PM mécatronique et le PM test et validation du système l'état de leur gestion des risques, et l'enrichir si nécessaire par des actions supplémentaires de gestion des risques au niveau du projet ayant un impact sur le scénario technique global.

  • Représenter la fonction R&D auprès du client, décomposer et répercuter en interne les demandes et les besoins du client.

  • Rendre compte au chef de projet du système ou au responsable de la recherche et du développement, selon les besoins, et faire remonter l'information.

  • Fournir les rapports réguliers suivants :

       - Traçabilité entre les spécifications/cas d'utilisation et les cas de test du système

       - Performance globale du système dans le véhicule par rapport au plan

Responsable des livrables du sous-projet de système :

  • Appliquer le PDP spécifique de son PG/PL en suivant le CPM (CLEAN Project Management), et en particulier s'assurer que les revues techniques et les revues de conception nécessaires sont effectuées.

  • Préparer l'état des livrables du sous-projet de système pour les revues de préparation aux jalons.

  • Établir la décomposition détaillée des activités pour respecter les jalons

  • Assigner des activités aux membres de son équipe et suivre leurs progrès et leurs dépenses par rapport au budget alloué.

  • Fournir les rapports réguliers suivants :

       - Analyse des spécifications et des besoins et livraison selon le plan

A propos de vous :

Bachelor ou Master en ingénierie (ingénierie logicielle/système, connaissances techniques générales en ingénierie : électronique embarquée, logiciel) Bonne connaissance des logiciels et des systèmes intégrés.
