Your opportunity
Within the Global Client Engagement department, reporting to the Global Client Data and Insights Manager, the intern will aim to support the Data & Insights Global teams
How you will contribute
You will be a key member of the team and will actively support the team on a number of different activities :
Assist Global client insights team to produce insights analysis for other departments/Regions
Collaborate with Kering to Improve customer data quality
Assist Global client insights team to improve Client Data consistency
Collaborate Global client insights team to develop new clients’ KPIs and presentation
Collaborate Global client Insights team to extract client data for regions and other departments
Assist Global client insights team to prepare guidelines of client’s data & insights for regions
Who you are :
Reactive, rigorous and creative
Well organized and flexible, able to deal with last minute requests.
Good understanding of luxury industry
Good understanding of client centric experience and strategy
Business oriented and you are at ease in the processing of databases and data analysis
Powerpoint & Excel advanced computer skills
Fluent in English
