Your opportunity

Within the Global Client Engagement department, reporting to the Head of 360 Client Engagement, the intern will aim to support the Global 360 Client Engagement team.

How you will contribute

Client Engagement:

Assist the Global 360 Client Engagement team in organizing and planning retail events / gifting menu. Collaborate with Regional Client Engagement teams to assist and help in the Retail activation and gifting strategy implementation. Support the Client Engagement Team in Clienteling actions and initiatives to optimize the client experience and drive retention. Assist on Retail activation & Clienteling tools’ guidelines creation. Follow local execution and consolidate results & learnings. Assist with the Gifting flow, tracking & dispatch. Collect and share best practices

Proactive , rigorous and creative Well organized, flexible, able to deal with last minute requests Good understanding of client centric experience and strategy Advanced Microsoft Office skills Fluent in English
