PrOM - Project Operations Manager (Responsable Operations Projet)

Objectif
Le PrOM gère les aspects opérationnels du Projet : il coordonne les activités du (des) projet(s) au sein du Service Center avec différents métiers (Souricng, Supply chain, Qualité, Production, Méthodes, Engineering etc) et assure l’interface avec le site Rolling Stock (Essai, Peinture, Manouvres, Qualité, Engineering etc) afin de garantir en sortie l’OTD des projets. Il coordonne les activités avec les autres sites Alstom (Le Creusot, Tarbes, Villeurbanne etc) aussi bien qu’avec les fournisseur externe clés.

- Atteinte des engagements QCD

- Atteinte des engagements OTD

- Fiabilité du planning opérationnel

- Animation de la résolution des problèmes opérationnels et techniques

Responsabilités
- Délivrer les engagements QCD/OTD du Projet

- Animation et mise à jour des plannings court/moyen/long terme des projets. Décliner le planning directeur des projets en planning opérationnel.

- Suivi et reporting d’avancement quotidien

- Suivre les KPI (OTD, Dispo, Fiab) en liaison avec les autres métiers

- Animer l’équipe opérations du projet : revues régulières, suivi des points ouverts, arbitrage et prise de décision pour optimiser les résultats au niveau du Projet

- Animer la résolution des problèmes lorsque des difficultés techniques ou opérationnelles sont identifiées

- Participer au processus DFQ : préparation des Gate Review

- Coordonner les activités avec les sites Alstom – unités participantes

- Coordonner les activités avec les sites Alstom – clients internes (exemples : organiser le transport de locomotives, de kits ou de pièces, organiser le support technique si nécessaire, …)

- Réaliser un reporting régulier au Chef de Projet

Expérience et compétences attendues

- 5 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie ferroviaire (ou équivalent), de préférences dans un domaine techniques, industriel ou en gestion de projet

- Expérience de la gestion de planning et de budget

- Capacité d’animer une équipe multifonctionnelle. Esprit d’équipe. Capacité à motiver l’équipe et faire adhérer à ses idées

- Bonne capacité de communication (orale et écrite)

- Orientation client

- Orientation résultat

- Anglais de préférence

- Ce poste peut engendrer des déplacements en France
