Dans le cadre de son développement, **Trigo Aerospace, Defense & Rail **recherche un Project Quality and Safety Manager** **H/F
**Description du poste**
Assurer la qualité du projet et l'assurance de la sécurité sur le projet et de coordonner toutes les activités de qualité et de sécurité sur la fin des projets Azerbaïdjan, Kazakhstan et Maroc.

Assurer la cohérence entre les objectifs QCD des projets et la satisfaction du client
- Terminer le cycle DFQ:

- Rituels
- préparation des gates review futures ou dans le NO GO back log
- Support au PrOM
- Mise en place et suivi d’une OIL
- S’assure du niveau de qualité du matériel avant livraison client (Pc11)
- Animer les plans d’action qualité concernant les non qualités internes
- Animer les plans d’action qualité détecté au SAV ou chez le client
- Animer les rituels avec les COPARTS avec l’outil Supplier Quality Portail (envoi des NCR, suivi des plans d’action)
- Gérer les demandes de dérogation : client, projet, Copart, Fournisseur, interne
- Participe aux rituels de la qualité et aux rituels du projet
- Présenter un dashboard mensuel : avancement du projet, DFQ, OIL, Démérit client et interne, Top issues interne/copart/client, dérogation, CONQ

**Qualifications**
Maitrise de la langue Anglaise, oral & écrit,

Maitrise des outils de résolution de problème (8D, QRQC, PDCA)

Connaissance du métier Qualité et Projet dans une industrie,

Connaissance du ferroviaire qui serait un plus.
