Making sure everything we do aligns perfectly with our company policies and procedures Helping to turn great ideas into reality by ensuring they align with our company's vision and values. Making sure all our HR programs and functions are ticking along nicely, such as benefits programmes, employee engagement initiatives, Health and Wellbeing projects etc Guiding and supporting our People managers through ER cases, collaborating with our legal and wider teams when necessary. Helping to roll out programs line with company and Centers of Excellence guidelines ( CoEs), offering valuable input and feedback, including updates on local legal requirements. Supporting with any escalated issues from our CoEs and Shared Services, ensuring smooth resolution and keeping our teams moving forward. We'd love it if you've used Workday before since it's our go-to HR system and really shapes how we do things
