A propos du poste :

L'école Digital College de Paris recherche un(e) alternant(e)pour un poste de Coordinateur Communication Junior pour uneentreprise partenaire dans le domaine de l'agroalimentaire encontrat d'apprentissage ou de professionnalisation pour l'annéescolaire 2024-2025. Vos missions : - Gestion de projets : Chefd'orchestre des différentes parties prenantes du projet (Equipessiège et agences BM RENT et Partenaires, MIS, marketing BM), vousserez responsable du suivi de planning, du reporting du statut deslivrables et du respect du budget. - Phase de cadrage : votre rôlesera de préparer et animer les ateliers pour accompagner lesclients vers la définition de leurs besoins. Sur cette phase, vousêtes responsable du recueil des besoins fonctionnels et de larédaction des livrables de conception. - Phase de paramétrage /intégration : votre rôle sera d'assurer du paramétrage del'environnement et du suivi des développements d'interfaces. -Phase de recette : vous devrez assurer de la mise à disposition desscénario de test, de la coordination et du suivi des pointsremontés durant les tests. - Phase de formation et de déploiement :vous devrez planifier et suivre la mise en place d'un programme deformation. Le pilotage du déploiement et le suivi du post go-liveferont parties de vos responsabilités. Conduite du changement : -Mettre en place et suivi : il a pour but de s'assurer quel'ensemble des parties a une lecture partagée des objectifs duprojet, des priorités et du résultat attendu. - Identifier lesattentes et la valeur attendue par nos clients. - S'assurer de lamise en place et de la production de reporting de suivi d'usage etde suivi du support.


Profil recherché :

Vous êtes curieux, réactif et créatif. - Vous êtesrigoureux(se), autonome et organisé(e) ayant un sens du respect desdélais. - Vous avez de bonnes qualités rédactionnelles et uneexcellente maîtrise de la langue française. - Vous avez le sens dela communication et une excellente élocution.
