PUR is recruiting a Project Controller based in Paris to support the Controlling team working in close collaboration with the Operations and Finance Team.
In the context of a fast and dynamic growth in PUR activities and volumes, the Controlling Team is looking for someone to support on various tasks and optimize Operations tools & processes among Teams.
Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to :
Unit Cost Management :
- Monitor the evolution of the price / tree for each project by relying on the ERP.
- Challenge managers of the operations team on the past and future unit costs.
- Guide and support the operations team in the budgeting process.
Deliverables Monitoring :
- Extract and make the delivery data reliable in our ERP.
- Lead monthly delivery follow-up meetings with project managers.
- Follow deliveries and anticipate the future ones.
Data Management :
- Control financial data input from the operations team.
- Support Regional Managers in managing their regions and top management by communicating and creating visuals of project financial data.
We are looking for a candidate with:
Master's Degree in Business Management / Corporate Finance or equivalent;Successful 2 to 3 years work experience in consulting / audit / financial or management control;Rigorous, adaptive, solution-driven, ability to engage people from different teams;Excellent use of Microsoft Excel. Good command of Power BI would be a strong asset;Any experience related to corporate social responsibility will be seen as an asset;Desire to have an environmental and social impact;Able to come 3x to the office per week minimum - this is not a full remote position;Fluent in French and English. Spanish would be a strong asset.The recruitment process :
