Deputy Venue Security Manager GRX (H/F)

Description:

Le/la « Responsable sécurité adjoint du site Grand Palais / Alexandre III » , sous la responsabilité du Manager Sécurité du site (Venue Security Manager), l’assistera dans l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre des dispositifs humains et matériels de sûreté et sécurité qu’il conviendra d’adapter aux spécificités du site Grand Palais Alexandre III, qui regroupe les sites de compétition du Grand Palais et du Pont Alexandre III, incluant le départ et l’arrivée de plusieurs épreuves sur route (Contre-la-montre cycliste, triathlons, natation en eau libre).

Le cluster Paris Centre héberge des sites de compétitons et de non-compétition dans un environnement urbain, dense, complexe où la coactivité des acteurs est un enjeu fondamental à prendre en considération.

Cette mission devra être conduite dans le cadre d’un travail commun avec les autres fonctions opérationnelles concernées de Paris 2024, ainsi que les services de l’Etat, les collectivités et les autres acteurs publics ou privés concernés par les enjeux de sécurité.

Missions et responsabilités principales :

Il/elle sera amené à :

Travailler à la mise en œuvre des dispositifs de sécurité du site dont il/elle aura la charge ;

Participer à la conception des plans opérationnels de sécurité du site ;

Participer à l’encadrement, l’animation et la formation des équipes sécurité des sites (incluant les prestataires de sécurité privée) en phase opérationnelle

Etablir et développer des relations étroites avec les fonctions Paris 2024 pertinentes (transport, logistique, sport, etc.) afin de s’assurer de la coordination des différents projets ;

Accompagner les prestataires dans le déploiement de leurs missions sur le site de compétition ;

Participer aux réunions et groupes de travail avec les partenaires publics et privés concernés en soutien du manager sécurité du site ;

Assister le Venue Security Manager sur toutes missions opérationnelles nécessaires au bon déroulement des opérations de sécurité du site et notamment au commandement sur site

Assurer le suivi et le reporting auprès des centres de commandement de Paris 2024 au niveau central ;

Vos atouts pour réussir :

5 ans d’expérience minimum dans le domaine de la sûreté et sécurité évènementielle, ou dans la coordination événementielle

Expérience réussie dans la gestion d’une équipe et d’un prestataire de sécurité privée

Des compétences SSIAP et règlementaires ou des expériences réussies dans la planification et les opérations de grands événements sportifs internationaux en France ou à l’étranger seraient un réel plus

Connaissance des missions et responsabilités associées à la sécurité dans le cadre d’un grand événement sportif complexe pour les partenaires privés et publics.

Connaissance de l’organisation d'un dispositif global de sécurité sur un site dans le cadre d’une compétition internationale

Maîtrise informatique générale et en particulier Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc…

La maîtrise de l’anglais serait un plus (écrit et oral),

Des expériences sur des sites variés (Stade, Arena, Temporaires) seraient un réel plus

Bonne compréhension du Mouvement Olympique et Paralympique,
