As an intern, you will contribute to preparing and structuring large, real-world multimodal clinical datasets within SOPHiA GENETICS Data Hub. These datasets will be crucial for helping to drive impactful clinical insights in oncology research.
You will be involved in:
Preparing and harmonising multicentric oncology cohorts, ensuring data consistency for research use. Mining datasets and selecting key variables for descriptive analysis and data flowchart design. Structuring and integrating multimodal data (clinical and imaging) into SOPHiA GENETICS Data Hub. Collaboration with various teams to ensure the smooth flow and availability of harmonized datasets for research.Requirements
The experience you bring:
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Engineering or a related field. Proficiency in Python. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to manage priorities effectively. A team player who collaborates well with others, while also able to work independently when necessary.The plus that would be appreciated:
Experience with DataBricks. Basic knowledge of Biostatistics.Benefits
