Your opportunity
As Assistant Jewelry & Eyewear Collection Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day support to the collection coordinator, from Brief to normalization .
Your contribution
DEVELOPMENT FOLLOW-UP: Constant updating of collection materials, help in preparing meetings with the Artistic Director, as well as preparing and packing looks for runway shows, monitoring launches. PROJECT COORDINATION: Cross-functional intervention with numerous internal and external players on collection development, sharing and monitoring information between the jewelry & eyewear studio and development teams in Italy. NORMALIZATION: Organization of wear tests, management of jewelry normalization sessions with design, development and production teams, follow-up of masters. OPERATIONAL FOLLOW-UP: Management of prototype receipts, shipments and loans, management of in-house shoots, assistance in maintaining workspaces.You are
Enrolled in a university, business school or fashion school, you have great product sensitivity and organizational skills. Rigorous, curious and proactive Fluent in English, Italian would be a plus A first experience in fashion is appreciated Computer skills: Microsoft Office, InDesign a plus Excellent organizational and project management skillsWhy work for us ?
